Thanks for your interest in A La Carte Music Management. My name is Anna VanHorn; I’m the owner and founder of A La Carte. After working in the independent music business for several years, I saw a common occurrence among bands. Many bands needed some sort of outside management service to help them achieve their goals. The problem was, most management services work in long-term commitments that aren’t an option for bands in the early stages of their careers. The idea behind A La Carte came from wanting to be able to give musicians the resources they need, without the commitment of a long-term contract.  A La Carte gives the musicians that we work with the freedom choose what services that we provide. We will work with you to come up with the best possible plan to get where you want to go in your career. If there are steps on that plan that you are comfortable doing on your own, you have the ability to say so. We also provide you with the freedom to decide when those jobs get done based on your needs and funds. Most bands in the early stages of their career have limited funds. A La Carte works in a way that is both affordable, and convenient for a band on a budget. After a plan is made for your band, we’ll break that plan into steps. Each step is billed separately, giving you the option to have work done when you feel financially comfortable. The idea for A La Carte was born from my love of music. As a musician myself, I understand the passion and heart that goes into making your music. As a fan of music, I know the electricity that is felt hearing a band that you love play. It is my personal goal to be a resource for bands to achieve their goals. This industry can be a tough one to navigate, and I want to make it easier for musicians. A La Carte fills a void that has been missing in the music business. We’re giving musicians options, choices, and freedom in the management and publicity of their bands. Together we can find a way to achieve your goals in this industry. I hope that A La Carte is the right choice for your band.
